AHA (alpha hydroxy acid) makes the skin photosensitive for up to a week after use, so make sure to protect your feet with a full-spectrum sunscreen daily!

1. Wash and dry feet before use. Place the plastic socks on your feet.
2. Tear open one peeling liquid packet and pour into one sock. Repeat with the other packcet for the other sock.
3. Leave on for 60-90 minutes. Do not leave the product on for more than 90 minutes as the formula contains highly concentrated AHA (alpha hydroxy acid.)
4. Remove the socks and rinse your feet thoroughly.
5. Dead skin will begin to shed 4-6 days later. Do not pick at or force the peeling skin, wait for it to fall off naturally.
6. Two weeks after use, nearly all dead, roughened skin and calluses will have shed and your feet will feel baby soft.
