W2Beauty proudly offers FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $60. (That includes a tracking number!) For orders over $200, we offer free EMS shipping (that means you’ll get your order in 2-5 working days once we ship out your order). We ship all our products directly from Korea.

 

*Products in cart must meet threshold amount to qualify. Minimum amount to qualify is calculated AFTER all discounts and promo codes are applied.

We offer FLAT RATE SHIPPING based on your country zone. (But hey, we offer free shipping + a tracking number on all orders over $60, so why not use the money for one more product and get free shipping?)

Your order is generally shipped within 2-4 days after receipt of payment. We use local Korea Post to ship orders. All of our products are shipped directly from South Korea to ensure you get the latest, newest, freshest products (and not products that have been languishing in a hot warehouse somewhere).

 

The estimated delivery time for shipping will depend on your country. Please be aware that the estimated delivery time does NOT include any delays in customs.

*Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct. If your package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, you will be charged a return fee and another shipping fee to re-send your package to you.

 

*Please note that shipments to Canada and Australia have recently experienced major delays due to customs.

Because we work with over 100 manufacturers, some products may take longer to ship out or they may be out of stock by the time we receive your order. If that is the case, we will contact you and work with you to make it right!

If for some reason you’re not satisfied with your order, please contact us at service@w2beauty.com and we’ll work with you to make it right! We’ll have a real person responding to your email to fully understand your concerns.

 

Your satisfaction is our top priority. Please note that we are not the actual manufacturer of the products, so our job is to work on your behalf and leverage our strong relationships with the manufacturers to make sure you are fully satisfied.

 

If you are not satisfied with the goods, you can ask for an exchange, return, or credit.

If we sent the wrong item(s) to you or the item(s) you received is damaged, you can return it to us. Please contact us at service@w2beauty.com and tell us about the problem within 3 days after receiving the products (we may ask you to take a picture of the damaged product). You’ll have 7 days to return the wrong or damaged item to us. Please note that the item must be in the original condition (new, not opened or used).

 

When the returned package arrives, we will examine the item(s), confirm the problem, then ship the correct item(s) back to you without extra cost.

We offer a full refund or store credit on any items that are found to be faulty or damaged due to our fault. Please contact us at service@w2beauty.com and tell us about the problem within 3 days after receiving the product(s) (we may ask you to take a picture of the damaged product). You’ll have 7 days to return the faulty or damaged product. When the returned package arrives, we will examine the item(s), confirm the problem, and then apply either a full refund or a store credit.

We also offer a partial refund or partial store credit on returned items that have some original parts missing. In such case, the customer will get a partial refund or credit for the amount of the missing items. Please contact us at service@w2beauty.com.

If there is no damage or missing parts, we regret that we’re unable to exchange, refund, or credit your purchase directly. We work with over 100 brand manufacturers, and we are not the actual manufacturer of the products. However, we can leverage our strong relationship and influence with the manufacturers and work on your behalf to communicate your complaint or dissatisfaction. Although we cannot guarantee the outcome, our manufacturers often listen and do the right thing. Please contact us at service@w2beauty.com.

We use PayPal for all orders, but don’t worry — you don’t have to sign up for PayPal to use PayPal. Through PayPal, you can pay by Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

 

If PayPal is not available in your country, we also accept Western Union and bank transfers. Please contact us at service@w2beauty.com to complete your order.
